Flaxley Abbey is a ruined Cistercian abbey in the village of Flaxley in Worcestershire, England. The abbey was founded by William de Braose, Lord of Brampton (1225–1269), who also built two other Cistercian houses at Tintern and Alberbury, as well as a Benedictine priory at Kidderminster.

The abbey was dissolved by Henry VIII during his dissolution of the monasteries in 1539; however it was later restored as a Benedictine monastery and served from 1645 until its closure in 1762.
