Top 10 Things to do in Lewisham

Lewisham is a borough in south-east London, England. It is located 4 miles (6.4 km) south-east of Charing Cross and bounded by the River Thames to the east, Deptford Creek and Walworth Common to the south, Orpington and Redbridge to the west and New Kent Road to the north.

The Grove, Lewisham

The Grove is a great place to eat and drink, meet friends, relax, get some work done and exercise.

The Grove offers a wide range of delicious food at affordable prices with an extensive wine list that includes some of the best wines from around the world. It also has several different bars where you can enjoy your drinks while watching sports on TV or listening to music played live by resident DJ’s. If you’re looking for something more casual then try their restaurant which has plenty of seating inside as well as outside on their patio area where they host live bands every weekend during summer months!

Parkside Cafe, Sidcup

If you’re looking for somewhere with a great atmosphere, then this place is perfect. It’s located on the outskirts of Lewisham and has been around since 1888. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful, so it’s easy to see why people keep coming back year after year!

The menu consists of both British classics (such as fish & chips) as well as more adventurous options like roasted duck breast with orange sauce or mushroom risotto with truffle oil. All dishes come served with salad leaves on the side so that you can add some extra vegetables if you prefer something lighter than your main dish will be filling enough for lunchtime hunger pangs without being too heavy at dinner time either!

The Petrol Station is located at the junction of London Road and Deptford High Street near Lewisham station on the London Underground Jubilee Line which runs from Waterloo through South London into the City of London via Canary Wharf, Docklands Light Railway (DLR) and TfL Rail services along its route.[2]

The Crazy Cow, Wandsworth

The Crazy Cow has been around for decades now and has become one of the most popular pubs in Wandsworth. It’s located on the corner of Greetwell Road and Beddington Grove in Lewisham which means it’s easily accessible by train or bus from both Wimbledon Station & Peckham Rye Station (on the Overground).

Clapham Common Underground Station is a London Underground station on the Northern line. It is located on Clapham Common, in the London Borough of Wandsworth, England. The station opened on 26 May 1907 as part of an extension from Battersea Park to Morden and was designed by Leslie Green[3] who also designed Clapham North and Morden stations.[4] It was originally called “Clapham Road” but this name was changed to “Clapham Common” when it became part of the same route as its neighbour at Morden between 1934-1936.[5]
